Unit only. No power cable or other accessories. You would need a compatible 12V DC power cable to use it.
Appears to be in good overall condition. Powers on, not tested further. Assumed to be fully working. If not I'll pay for return postage and give a refund. I do not know if it works. Some minor marks.
