Button broken / not working. Still fine to use if you don't need the button.
Right ear only. Can be paired with your other Sony WF-C700N earbud only if it is on v2 software. If your other earbud is on different software version it cannot be paired.
Apart from the faulty button it is in good condition. Has been cleaned but may still have minor marks.
