When turned on the -20dB LED for channel 4 is solid white. Therefore I'd guess channel 4 isn't working properly. Only buy if you don't mind this issue.
Otherwise appears to be in good condition. Powers on, not tested further. If not as expected I'll pay for return postage and give a refund. I do not know if it works. Minor marks.
