This unit has a fault: it only turns on with an external 12V power adapter. It does not turn on via PoE/ethernet. The ethernet port seems to be broken. Please only buy if you do not need the ethernet port.
Otherwise appears to be in good condition. Powers on with 12V adapter (not included), not tested further. Some minor marks.
