Appears to be in good overall condition. Powers on with power adapter (not included), not tested further. Assumed to be working. If not I'll pay for return postage and give a refund. I do not know if it works. Some marks. Missing rubber feet. Missing a dial cap (dial can still be turned). Sounds like something is rattling around inside.
Requires 12V power adapter (not included). Please note, this item did not turn on when connected to a 9V battery.
