Appears to be in good condition. Powers on with power adapter (not included), not tested further. Assumed to be working. If not as expected I'll pay for return postage and give a refund. I do not know if it works. Some marks. Missing a rubber foot.
Requires 12V power adapter (not included). Please note, this item did not turn on when connected to a 9V battery.
