No power cable. You would need a compatible cable (20V DC 4.5A) to use it.
Appears to be in very good condition. Powers on, recognised by computer, not tested further. Assumed to be fully working. If not as expected I'll pay for return postage and give a refund. I do not know if it works. Minor marks.
