Faulty. When plugged in it powers on but makes loud whirring sound. Sounds as if force feedback is trying to turn the wheel, but the wheel is not moving. When turned by hand the wheel is very stiff and makes clicking sounds. Unable to test further as it doesn't get past startup sequence. Rattling sound.
