Faulty. Appears to be a modified H9 headset, the USB-C / wireless components have been removed. It has a hardwired 3.5mm (audio) and USB (power) cable. See photos.
While plugged in it turns on, both ears have sound, mic does not work, constant quiet buzzing sound in both ears.
Headset only. No accessories. Very dirty / discoloured, various marks, see photos.
