Unit only. No power cable. You would need a compatible cable (12V DC 1.5A) to use it.
Appears to be in good condition. Powers on, not tested further. Assumed to be fully working. If not as expected I'll pay for return postage and give a refund. I do not know if it works. Minor marks. The part antennae attach to feels loose, I think it just needs tightening.
