Appears to be in very good condition. Powers on, blower responds to button, not tested further. Assumed to be fully working. If not as expected I'll pay for return postage and give a refund. I do not know if it works. Some minor marks.
Includes only what is shown in photos. No other accessories. Some orders may be posted in tatty box shown (i.e. no outer brown box), has plenty of padding inside.
